Clostridioides difficile strain:630g Raw sequence reads

Clostridioides difficile remains an important healthcare-associated pathogen. This study sought to identify how the bacterial metabolite, butyrate, influences C. difficile directly. The C. difficile strain 630g was grown in bovine heart infusion (BHI) media, with or without butyrate supplementation. Sequence data deposited under this study represents changes in gene expression (i.e., transcriptomic) patterns, with or without butyrate in vitro.
