Dataset of microbial genes abundances related to Nitrogen cycle of pasture soil. This dataset contain the pedological condition of sample and microbial gene abundances of 16S (general abundances of bacteiral communities), nifH (free Nitrogen fixation), nirK (intermediate step of denitrification), nosZ (total denitrification), amoA archea/bacteria (first step of nitrification) This dataset was used in the article: https://doi.org/10.1071/CP24156.
