This dataset contains supplemental material as part of a PhD thesis: Development of Novel Diagnostic Tools and Antigen Discovery for Devil Facial Tumour Disease.
The material contains a list of mirror plots comparing mass spectra between experimental (top) and synthetic (bottom) peptides. These plots show LTR candidates that were likely a result of misidentification. The raw data were generated as part of a published study (https://doi.org/10.1111/imm.13307). Peptides were identified via the database search pipeline using PEAKS® Studio (Bioinformatics Solutions Inc). Pearson correlation coefficient was then calculated for each comparison.
