资源简介:
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) can be degraded by its highly efficient degrading bacteria, Bacillus cereus. The transmembrane transport is very important in the process of PAHs adsorption, uptake, transmembrane transport, and degradation by Bacillus cereus. Surfactants are the key substances to promote the absorption, uptake and transport of PAHs by Bacillus cereus across the membrane. In this study, isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) were used for high-throughput screening of key functional proteins during transmembrane transport of fluoranthene by Bacillus cereus treated with the surfactant Tween20.
