TraitSDM future predictions - code and output data
收藏资源简介:
Trait-SDM is a general modeling framework that applies Generalized Additive Models to predict species-specific abundance changes and community-level biodiversity responses. This release includes an example with an open-access subset of the complete database, the R code, and the complete output datasets generated for the European countries available. Specifically, we predicted species-specific basal area gains, mortality probabilities, and basal area losses under future IPCC climate change scenarios SSP1-RCP2.6, SSP3-RCP7.0, and SSP5-RCP8.5. This work represents a core component of the CLIMB-FOREST project’s WP4 activities, which aim to identify sustainable pathways and management alternatives that address the multiple demands placed on forests, the TraitSDM part of D4.2: A database and accompanying documentation of forest land use, management and environmental impacts for the RCP/SSP scenario combinations until the end of the 21st Century.
