φ-SETI Open Archive Dataset: 58-Signal δ-Proximity Analysis (FCLT Paper 57)

Full dataset and analysis pipeline companion to FCLT Paper 57. Five files included. P57_PhiSETI_Full_Results_58signals.csv contains all 58 signals ranked by δ-proximity to φⁿ × H1 (H1 = 1420.405752 MHz), including signal name, frequency, category, source, δ value, best φ-power n, φ-prediction frequency, and strength label. P57_PhiSETI_Strong_Hits_delta050.csv contains the 28 signals scoring STRONG or MODERATE (δ < 0.050). P57_PhiSETI_Analysis_Pipeline.py is the open-source Python script used to query open archives and compute all δ values — requires pandas, numpy, requests, astropy.
