DArTseq dataset for scribbly gum eucalypts

DArTseq dataset (SNP data) for the scribbly gum eucalypts from eastern Australia. Samples were collected from multiple populations (up to 6 individuals per population) of each recognised species across a large geographic area in New South Wales, across climates and biogeographic regions, from the coast to inland. Dataset used to examine species boundaries and evolutionary species within the scribbly gum species complex.
