资源简介:
Endothelial cell (EC) injury is correlated with sepsis-associated multiple organ dysfunction and poor prognosis. EC dysfunction is primary reasons leading to shock and fluid overload (FO) in sepsis. Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is used for improving hemodynamically unstable and FO in sepsis. However, the effect of CRRT in sepsis-associated EC injury and the change of EC injury biomarkers undergoing CRRT is remain unknown. In the present study, we firstly demonstrated that serum levels of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, VEGF, VIM,TM and t-PAIC decreased after CRRT compared with that prior to CRRT. In addition, the levels of EC injury indicators were associated with the biomarkers of organ dysfunction in pediatric sepsis under CRRT. Further study indicated that serum indicators of EC injury in survivors were lower than that in non-survivors. As we know, this is the first report about the EC injury indicators in sepsis patients received CRRT.
