To better understand the antibiotic stress resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae in the microgravity environment, Klebsiella pneumoniae (CGMCC 1.839) designated as KPO strain was cultured under LSMMG conditions combined with trace antibiotic exposure (SMGA) as experiment group, while the control group was cultured in a normal gravity (NG) environment without antibiotic exposure
