资源简介:
This study employs a combination of field investigations and laboratory experiments to reveal the predatory strategies of dominant spider species in farmland under long-term urea stress. From biological, physiological, cytomorphological, and multi-omics perspectives, it analyzes the effects and mechanisms of long-term urea stress on key functions related to predatory performance in dominant spider speciesincluding metabolic, detoxification, and neural regulatory functions. Furthermore, it elucidates the comprehensive regulatory roles and mechanisms of spider gut microbiota in mediating predatory responses to urea stress. These findings clarify the impact and mechanisms of urea on the predatory function of farmland spiders, providing a theoretical foundation and practical support for optimizing urea application in agricultural production and maximizing the integrated predatory efficacy of farmland spiders.
