Vitis vinifera cultivar:Parkent Genome sequencing. Vitis vinifera cultivar:Parkent

Our working group at the Genomics and Bioinformatics Centre (Uzbekistan) has started work on studying the genomes of locally produced grape cultivars. So far we have sequenced several genomes. This is reference-guided assembly of the one uzbek cultivars "Parkent". We would like to publish this draft genome on NCBI resources, with the addition of other cutivars genomes later (so far they are complete assembled too)
