资源简介:
The T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire, unique to each individual, forms a critical component of the adaptive immune system and serves as a defense mechanism against diverse pathogens. This repertoire encompasses a vast diversity of sequences, which can be profiled through high-throughput sequencing technologies. In this study, we present a dataset of TCR sequencing data derived from 205 blood samples collected from newly diagnosed colorectal cancer (CRC) patients prior to any treatment. Patients were classified according to the TNM staging system, enabling the inclusion of stage and risk labels specific to CRC. Dynamic changes in the TCR repertoire, such as the expansion or contraction of specific clonotypes, are known to reflect immune responses to disease and therapeutic interventions. This dataset provides a comprehensive snapshot of the pre-treatment TCR repertoire in CRC, offering valuable insights into immune system behavior in the context of cancer. The data can serve as a resource for further research into CRC immunology, biomarker discovery, and risk assessment studies.
