Whole genomic sequencing of Chinese Fanconi anemia patients

Fanconi amemia (FA) is the most commne inherited bone marrow failure syndrom. The genetic basis, pathological mechanisms, and epidemiology of FA have been extensively studied, but few researches focus on Chinese patients. We aim to depict the genetic basis and clinical characteristics of Chinese FA patients.
