We analyzed 1042 meningiomas with whole-genome microarray including 12 meningiomas with multifocal sampling to characterize how CNV thresholds influence their molecular classification and outcome. Agilent aCGH arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) brain tumor specimes with a minimum of 60% tumor content as defined by a certified neuropathologist.
