Lipid levels (as peak area) determined after LC-MS of control and AgTL2-depleted embryos at 4–6 h, 22–24 h, and 36–38 h after oviposition. Values are given for each class and subclass of lipid by fatty acid composition. Total values are summed under each major lipid class in bold.
