Sample i-band Rubin/LSST Single and Binary Quasar Light Curves

Synthetic 10-year Rubin light curves of single and binary quasars. This Harvard Dataverse contains four HDF5 files. Each HDF5 file contains N datasets [data0, data1, data2,...], each with a time column and 1001 corresponding light curves ['0', '1', '2', '3', '4',....]. The metadata contains the truth values for whether or not the given light curve is a binary or single quasar light curve. Please see the individual file descriptions for more information. These datasets are intended to be used at the Time-Domain Needles in Rubin's Haystacks (hack workshop) from April 17th-19th 2024 at Harvard CfA. Please note that these are simplified versions of synthetic Rubin light curves to be used for pipeline construction and as test cases, it is not recommended to use these for publications.
