Characterization of transcript isoform landscape of organ of Corti by single-cell long-read sequencing

This project investigates transcriptomic complexity in mouse cochlear cells using long-read RNA sequencing. By employing PACBIO Kinnex kit, we profiled full-length transcripts to identify alternative splicing events, novel isoforms, and cell-type specific transcript variants. The dataset provides a high-resolution map of gene expression and isoform diversity across different types of cell in the organ of Corti. These data will support studies of auditory biology, isoform-specific protein function, and the regulatory mechanisms underlying hair cell differentiation and maintenance.
