Replicating whole blood gene coexpression networks

Replicating gene coexpression network modules generated by Nath et al. 2017 (doi: 10.1186/s13059-017-1279-y) and summarised in Vuckovic et al. 2020 (doi: 10.1016/j.cell.2020.08.008).<br><br>Files available to download:<br><br>- module_info.txt: list of gene coexpression modules found to replicate across datasets by Nath et al. 2017 and other previous studies (see citations in file for specific modules).<br><br>- module_genes.txt: list of genes in each of the replicating modules.<br><br>- coexpression.txt: matrix of pairwise gene coexpression between all genes in all replicating modules.<br><br>- adjacency.txt: corresponding adjacency matrix (absolute correlation to the power of 6)<br><br>See Nath et al. 2017 for details of gene expression datasets, gene coexpression network construction, module detection, and network replication. Here, pairwise microarray probe coexpression was averaged across multiple probes for each gene in each dataset, then averaged across datasets to obtain a single robust measure of coexpression.<br>
