The colletion contains a set of data related to the development of hybrid membrane-catalytic process aimed at the synthesis of 4-aminophenol. The process development involved design and fabrication of d-block elements-loaded microsphere catalysts. These catalysts were then integrated with the membrane microfiltration resulting in a hybrid process in which catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol and simultaneous separation of resultant 4-aminophenol was achieved.Within the study, there were 4 aspects of process development adressed. These involved (1) catalysts development; (2) research on catalytic activity in a batch mode; and (3) research on flow mode hybrid process.The research was carried out within OPUS 25 project (UMO-2023/49/B/ST8/01029) granted by National Science Center (Poland). Aim of the project is to develop new generation of catalytical technology for the production of aromatic amines.The set of data contains:FT-IR spectra of materials synthesized at each stage of catalysts development.XRD and XPS spectra of d-block-elements loaded catalysts.SEM images of microsphere catalysts.TEM images of microsphere catalysts.UV-Vis spectra recorded during catalytic reaction in a batch and hybrid processes.
