This system is specifically designed for the electronic signing, management and monitoring of medical insurance agreements. It provides end-to-end services covering the entire lifecycle from agreement template configuration, review, distribution to agreement signing, renewal and amendment. Core functions include enabling medical insurance institutions and designated medical and pharmaceutical institutions to generate, review, sign and renew agreements electronically, while supporting batch renewal reminders and agreement status monitoring; it also supports viewing and downloading electronic agreement information, querying pending tasks and agreement signing process details, as well as conducting statistical analysis. Furthermore, the system supports integration with electronic signature services to simplify the signing process and enhance the legal validity of the agreements.
