RNAseq of Leishmania infantum inactivated for a RNA binding protein

We performed comparative RNAseq experiments using a Leishmania infantum strain inactivated for a putative RNA binding protein compared and its wildtype parent. The RNAseq data was also compared to genome sequencing data, especially to correlate gene expression changes over entire chromosomes with changes in ploidy at the DNa level.
