MLLT3 preserves the FL-HSPC gene expression signature in culture. FL-HSPC were infected with Control or MLLT3-OE lentivirus and cultured for 4 weeks on OP9M2. Sorted HSPC were profiled before (n=3) or after (n=6) culture. The raw data for reanalysis Samples GSM7996837-GSM7996840 are included in BioProject PRJNA437152.
