Source data and analysis code for an evidence-gated HLA-II epitope prediction benchmark in autoimmune antigen presentation

This repository contains the source data, supplementary tables, processed benchmark files and analysis code supporting the manuscript “An evidence-gated benchmark for interpreting HLA-II epitope prediction signals in autoimmune antigen presentation”. The files include figure source data, frozen benchmark entities, matched-background outputs, endpoint support summaries, public-overlap audit tables, final interpretability-class assignments, supplementary tables, code snapshots and file manifests. The resource supports reproducibility of the evidence-gated HLA-II autoimmune epitope prediction benchmark described in the manuscript.
