Draft genome sequence data of Paenibacillus sp. Strain DA-C8：data analysis

This dataset shows the Ion Torrent System analysis for the Paenibacillus sp. strain DA-C8. The Paenibacillus sp. strain DA-C8 is a thermophilic, facultatively anaerobic, and xylanolytic bacterial strain that shows strong xylan-degradation ability compared with other xylanolytic Paenibacillus species. In this analysis, genomic DNA of Paenibacillus sp. strain DA-C8 was sequenced using the Ion GeneStudio S5 System technology, analyzed, and annotated using CLC Genomics Workbench 20.0.1 and DDBJ Fast Annotation and Submission Tool (DFAST).
