Investigation on levels of admixture between malaria vectors in Ivory Coast.

Study of introgression and gene-flow between the two major malaria vectorspecies, Anopheles gambiae and An. coluzzii from one coastal and one inland site in Ivory Coast, with the aim to evaluate species composition and presence of An.gambiae/An.coluzzii hybrids in these different ecological contexts.
