CIRCA-RESS-V6 Computational Evidence Archive

Byte-preserved computational evidence for robust witness-structured partial identification in runtime risk-reduction assurance. The archive contains 61,440 WP3 scenario records, 12,800 WP4 failure-boundary records, frozen designs and registries, terminal receipts, project-internal clean-room reproduction materials, and the prospective public-case screening record. The internal reproduction is not third-party replication, and no screened public case met the frozen identification criteria.
