To investigate the effects of the cell-penetrating TLR decoy peptide, M-CSF generated bone marrow derived macrophages obtained from C57BL6/J mice were pretreated with two different concentrations of the peptide followed by stimulation with LPS for 2 hours. The cells were lyzed and analyzed by RNA Sequencing. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed using BMDM cells grown under 4 different conditions (Control, LPS, LPS with 1uM peptide and LPS with 10 uM peptide) with triplicate samples in each group.
