Genome-wide characterization and expression of the TLP gene family associated with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides inoculation in Fragaria ananassa

Our aim is to determine the transcriptome profile of different resistant strawberry cultivars in response to C. gloeosporioides. Some genes encoding TLP proteins identified by transcriptome data were found to be associated with plant responses to pathogenic fungi inoculation.
