资源简介:
Acute hypoxia is a common abiotic stress in commercial aquaculture and has significant effects on fish physiology and metabolism. With its large size and rapid growth, the greater amberjack (Seriola dumerili) is an economically important fish with high farming value. The intolerance of this species to low oxygen causes it to be susceptible to mass mortality due to acute hypoxia, which will hinder the further development of greater amberjack culture. This study is the first to explore the molecular mechanisms involved in greater amberjack experiencing acute hypoxia.
