In another experiment, antitoxin titers (serum IgG) were measured. Antitoxin titers were seven times higher in jejunal aspirates (IgA) than in serum samples. Mean serum and intestinal titers were higher in subjects who received four 15 mg doses of vaccine than in those given three 20 mg doses.
