Integrated Gene Expression Resource for Multi-Subtype Acute Myeloid Leukemia: A Global Reference Dataset

This dataset provides an integrated gene expression resource for seven major subtypes of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Data were curated from eight publicly available GEO cohorts (GSE13159, GSE6891, GSE14468, GSE15434, GSE10358, GSE61804, GSE71014, GSE12417), resulting in 338 patient samples with standardized metadata and harmonized subtype labels. Both the full dataset and a balanced version (equal subtype representation) are included, with batch-corrected expression matrices and curated clinical annotations.
