Endosymbionts in the species complex Chrysoperla carnea

In this study we want to identify endosymbionts of the common green lacewing species complex (Chrysoperla carnea). These insects are widely used as a biological pest control. We want to understand the biology of these ecological and economical important insect, which might be strongly influenced by symbionts.
