Ex vivo OT-1 T cells were stimulated with recombinant SIINFEKL peptide for 2 days, and then expanded in IL-2-containing culture in the presence or absence of 20 µM GC7 for another 2 days. 2 million cells were harvetsed at the end of the culture and total RNA was extracted. Library construction and sequencing was perfomed by Novogene using an Illumina-based platform. Mouse activated CD8 T cells, expanded with or without GC7 (GC7/Mock).
