In this project we generated lung cancer organoids (LCOs) from 12 tumor samples. Whole genome sequence of the tumor and paratumor tissues as well as the LCOs were performed. The data are reported in our manuscript entitled "Lung cancer organoids analyzed on microwell arrays predict drug responses of patients within a week".
