LANDUM (Land Use and Management model)
收藏资源简介:
LANDUM model outputs for four temporal scenarios (2000, 2010, 2016, 2023), offering a consistent assessment of how land use and management practices have evolved over time - 100 m resolution - across Europe. LANDUM is a GIS-based modelling framework developed by JRC to estimate the “cover-management factor” (C-factor) used in the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE) family of soil erosion models for Europe. The framework integrates multiple land-use and management datasets, including CORINE Land Cover, satellite-derived vegetation indicators, Eurostat agricultural statistics, and management information from the EU Farm Structure Surveys. By combining data on crop distributions, tillage intensity, cover cropping, and residue management, LANDUM quantifies how land use and farming practices affect soil-erosion susceptibility.
