CXCL5 inhibition suppresses gastric mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasms arising from transformed Pou2f3+ epithelium

To explore the possibility that tumor development relies on a shared oncogenic facilitator rather than on specific SOX2 or SOX9 expression patterns, we performed bulk RNA sequencing of gastric tumors from Pou2f3-CreERT; Rb1fl/fl; Trp53fl/fl; LSL-MycT58A mice. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of the gastric normal tissues and tumors from antrum, corpus, the greater curvature and the lesser curvature of cardia from Pou2f3-CreERT; Rb1fl/fl; Trp53fl/fl; LSL-MycT58A mice, 5 weeks following tamoxifen induction.
