Code for "The Walker Alias Method in Modern Fortran"

This source code is available in zipped file which includes two source files, two author's output files, a Makefile and a README.txt file. An article with further documentation titled "The Walker Alias Method for Sampling in Modern Fortran" has been submitted for publication in the Journal of Research of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Before publication, it is available to NIST personnel through the internal manuscript system.
