Reproducibility package for a bibliometric review of sufficient dimension reduction research, 1991 to 2026
收藏资源简介:
Title:Reproducibility package for “The Evolution of Sufficient Dimension Reduction Methods and Their Limited Integration with Information-Complexity-Based Environmental Indicator Modelling: A Bibliometric Review” Description:This repository contains the cleaned and derived reproducibility materials for a bibliometric review of sufficient dimension reduction research. The study reconstructed a Scopus and Web of Science corpus and, after strict normalised title-level deduplication, analysed 1,051 unique title-level records published between 1991 and 2026. K.O.O. developed the R bibliometric analysis scripts, performed the analysis, generated and preprocessed the Scopus corpus, and drafted the main manuscript text. K.A. generated and preprocessed the Web of Science corpus. K.O.O., K.A., A.D.A., and J.O.A. jointly vetted, combined, and cleaned the final bibliographic corpora. K.A., A.D.A., and J.O.A. prepared the figures and tables to publication-quality standard. All authors contributed to bibliography gathering, screening, verification, and management. All authors reviewed and approved the final manuscript. Contents:01_cleaned_data contains cleaned and deduplicated analytical datasets and corpus reconciliation files.02_derived_tables contains derived bibliometric summary tables.03_network_matrices contains co-occurrence and network matrices used for network visualisation.04_R_scripts contains the R scripts used for corpus reconstruction, bibliometric analysis, figure generation, network analysis, thematic gap analysis, and reproducibility reporting.05_figures contains final manuscript figures.06_documentation contains documentation files, data dictionary, licence statement, and R session information. Raw data note:The raw Scopus and Web of Science database exports are not redistributed in this repository because access to those records may be subject to the licensing terms of the respective database providers. The archived files include cleaned, deduplicated, and derived outputs sufficient to audit the analytical workflow and reproduce the reported tables and figures where permitted. Software:The analysis was conducted in R using bibliometrix and related tidyverse packages. See sessionInfo.txt for software versions. Citation:If using this reproducibility package, please cite the associated manuscript and the Zenodo DOI.
