X-ray diffractometry - For information about the mineral contents, the samples were ground and analysed by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) using a Panalytic Empyrean X-ray diffractometer. The mineral peak area intensities were determined graphically and calculated using Macdiff (Petschick 2012).
