Probabilistic Atlases

Nifty images containing population-averaged white matter atlases for 7 developmental time points in a preterm-born cohort. Each age group contains a mean fractional anisotropy (FA) map plus tract probability atlases for forceps major, forceps minor and corticospinal tracts. Age groups included are 25-28 weeks gestational age (GA), 29-30 weeks GA, 31-32 weeks GA, 33-35 weeks GA, 39-42 weeks GA, 1-year and 2-years of age.
