Gut Microbiome Shotgun Metagenomic Sequencing in Survivors of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Compared to Siblings

Metagenomic shot gun sequencing was completed on stool samples of 9 survivors of pediatric and adolescent acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) compared to their siblings. Survivors of ALL were between the ages of 3 and 30, had a history of pre-B cell ALL currently in remission, and were at least 6 months from the completion of therapy. Each survivor had at least one biological sibling who lived in the same home full-time.
