RNA sequencing of peritumoral tissues resected from glioma patients with seizures and without seizures

To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying peritumoral epilepsy in gliomas, we performed RNA sequencing of peritumoral brain tissues resected from glioma patients with seizures (pGRS) and without seizures (pGNS). We then compared gene expression profile of these groups for differentially expressed genes/altered pathways in pGRS compared to pGNS.
