Modality dataset-brightfield under-focused: OmniSegger output for under-focused brightfield and fluorescence images of TB28 attHK022 Plac::zipA-sfGFP bla pal-mCherry cat E. coli growing on a 2% agarose pad. Images chosen from 0.5um below the focal plane. Frame rate: 15min/frame.

Images taken in the Wiggins Lab at UW. Imaging was performed using a Nikon Eclipse Ti-E microscope, through a 60X 1.4 NA CFI oil-immersion Phase objective onto an Andor Neo sCMOS camera.
