This dataset provides a comprehensive data chain, ranging from raw experimental acquisition to advanced digital processing, for high-accuracy nuclear spectroscopy applications. The data package includes: 1. Raw Pulse Data: Experimentally acquired single pulse templates for Neutrons (n) and Gamma-rays (γ), as well as measured composite signals exhibiting pulse pile-up effects under high count rate conditions. 2. Count Rate Analysis: Measured pulse height spectra demonstrating spectral distortion at high count rates, contrasted with normal spectra at low rates. 3. Processed Spectra: Final energy spectra successfully obtained after applying dedicated digital Pulse Shape Discrimination (PSD) algorithms, specifically PSAY and PSAN. These processed spectra feature pile-up correction and the complete separation of the Neutron and Gamma-ray energy components.
