Sequence polymorphisms, structural variations and pan-transposome of Aglianico e Falanghina grape (Vitis vinifera L.) varieties

This dataset contains the FASTA sequences of the reconstructed genomes of the grape cultivars Aglianico (AGL) and Falanghina (FA). In addition, the genome annotations in GTF format are also present.
