Spatial distribution of trypanosomiasis in Malawi between 2015-2016

This dataset used to determine molecular, sero-prevalence and the spatial distribution of trypanosomosis in Malawi. This dataset was also used to determine spatial pattern of the identified trypanosome species. Additionally, it was used for interpolation of risk Maps for each identified specie.
