We analyzed the antitumor effect of ergosterol using two the lewis lung tumor model, at a daily oral dose of 240 mg/kg for 10 days, ergosterol had a significant curative effect compared with the effect of no treatment (P<0.01), and the results were the same as for cyclophosphamide.
