资源简介:
The spawning and recruitment data here represent stocks of salmon in the North Pacific region from Canda and the United States. The salmon stocks include chum (Oncorhynchus keta), chinook (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha), pink (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha ), sockeye(Oncorhynchus nerka) and coho (Oncorhynchus kisutch) species of salmon. These data have been compiled from various Alaska Department of Fish & Game reports as well as Dorner 2008. The values are derived from sampling and models using various methods therefor each report is cited in the data and can be searched either on the ADF&G website or included in the Droner 2008 publication (see citation below.) These data were compiled by the Portfolio Effects working group at the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis at the University of California, Santa Barbara. This working group is focused on assessing how diversity might buffer communities in changing or shocked systems and these data have been compiled as part of the anaysis. Historical trends in productivity of 120 Pacific pink, chum, and sockeye salmon stocks reconstructed by using a Kalman filter. Brigitte Dorner, Randall M. Peterman, Steven L. Haeseker.
