DATA REPOSITORY FOR Title: Salt Frost Scaling Depths in Cement-Based Materials: A Surface Structure Analysis of Drying Effects and Aggregate GradingBy: Alexander Haynack, Jithender J. Timothy, Thomas Kränkel, Christoph GehlenSubmitted to: Cement and Concrete ResearchLink: http://ssrn.com/abstract=5788456 This dataset presents the data of the paper 'Salt Frost Scaling Depths in Cement-Based Materials: A Surface Structure Analysis of Drying Effects and Aggregate Grading' submitted to Cement and Concrete Research. The dataset contains raw and processed data from CDF, MIP, and 3D laser scanning results of cementitious materials subjected to freeze-thaw and de-icing salt expositions according to the CDF test. The material compositions, boundary conditions and main results are stored in the two database files (.xlsx format). The three-dimensional surface data obtained with 3D laser scanning are stored separately as .npy files. In addition, two exemplary Python file are included for loading and evaluating the three-dimensional surface data in reference to the publication (scaling depth distributions and color-coded contour maps).
