HOC-7 and MPSC1 are low grade serous ovarian cancer cell lines. These cells was treated with different doses of trametinib in an attempt to identify biomarkers that can be used to predict chemoresponse to this drug. We used microarrays to identify genes induced by trametinib. HOC-7 and MPSC1 were treated with 10nM trametinib and cells were harvested after 18 hours for gene expression profiling. Each cell type had two samples (untreated control versus trametinib treated test sample)
